Carrot Diet

Every day, morning
1 cup milk + 1 slice bread + 1 cup carrot juice toast

Monday

Lunch
+ 100 gr white cheese with carrot pasta + 150 g boiled broccoli
Evening
Vegetable soup + grilled chicken + carrot salad

Tuesday

Lunch
Mixed salad with tomato pasta + + 4 slices turkey salami
Evening
+ 1 sandwich bread stuffed with carrots, olive oil + 150 g grilled eggplant

Wednesday

70 g + 80 g mixed rice salad with carrots + 1 apple
Evening
150 g grilled fish bread + 2 slices whole wheat toast + Carrot puree


Thursday

Carrot rice + 1 bowl of fruit salad + 2 tomatoes
Evening
Hindi + 150 g mixed salad with carrots, 120 g + 1 sandwich bread

Friday

Lunch
200 g pasta + 150 g mixed tomato salad + 1 slice pineapple
Evening
+ 2 slices whole wheat toast with chicken carrot bread wrapping + 150 g mixed salad

Saturday
