Hollywood Diet


1. DAY
As long as you can drink water throughout the day fruit. Other than that, no food. Glass of water for up to 6-8.

2. DAY
For as many fruit juices, food forbidden. 6-8 for the water glass.

3. DAY
Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal bread, 2 slices of cheese lean languages, tomato, cucumber, 1 hard-boiled egg, lime or fruit tea.
Lunch: Lemon and has visited a few oil rich green salad.
